It is, to a great extent, the teachers who decide the shape a student\u2019s life will take. So, it is very necessary to be adequately equipped with resources that will make the teacher a perfect role model to the students. To achieve this, Bachelor of Education or B.Ed. was introduced, which will teach a person about Teaching and the various aspects associated with teaching. Once a person completes the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) training, then s\/he is awarded with a B.Ed. degree.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">A major milestone was achieved, when a training department was established in 1969 with the efforts of Kunwar LakshmiChand, former minister of Hitkarini Sabha. In 1981, this department was established as an independent training institute.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Hitkarini Women&#8217;s College Of Education strives to empower women through quality training and education.
